Vietname Pho

What is Pho?
Pho (pronounced “fuh”) is Vietnam’s national dish, an aromatic, nutritious and delicious rice noodle soup served with a side plate of fresh herbs to add as you please.

First, savor Ratio's distinctive soup and aromas. Then, enhance your bowl with fresh herbs and table condiments—like chilli padi for an extra kick, fish sauce for saltiness, and garlic vinegar for sourness. Don’t hold back!

Premium beef bones, hand-picked fresh fruits and vegetables, and five different spices are added to a large pot and simmered for more than 48 hours to create Ratio’s distinctive beef soup. This soup is served with freshly made rice noodles, shin shank, and tenderloin in a bowl, accompanied by fresh bean sprouts, Thai basil, and a lime wedge as garnish on the side.
